Mit der Unterzeichnung bestätige ICH die ganze ALLGEMEINEN GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN (AGB) von Kitepower El Gouna (KP), welche mir als Beilage vorgelegt wurde, gelesen und verstanden zu haben, sowie stimme ICH diesen Vertrag zu. 

Hier der wichtigste Auszug aus der AGB: Der KP Strand ist ein Privatstrand, Sie haben somit den Anweisungen des KP-Teams Folge zu leisen. Jegliche Aktivitäten am Kitestrand erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Im Falle eines Rettungs hat jeder den Anweisungen des KP-Personals Folge zu leisen. In erster Linie handelt es sich hierbei um Personenrettung. KP übernimmt keine Haftung für mögliche Schäden am Material. Im Zuge eines Kitekurses ist in jedem Fall den Anweisungen des Kitelehrers und der Stationsleitung Folge zu leisten. Die jeweiligen mit dem Kitelehrer vereinbarten Kurszeiten sind einzuhalten, damit ein organisierter Ablauf des Kurses unsererseits für uns und die anderen Teilnehmer möglich ist. Ich erkläre hiermit, auf die Gefahren, das Risiko und die Möglichkeit auf Verletzungen, die im Zuge der Schulung entstehen können, hingewiesen worden bin. KP haftet nicht für Sach– und Personenschäden, die dem Schüler oder Dritten im Rahmen der Schulung zugefügt werden können. Der Mietpreis inkludiert keine Materialversicherung, allerdings besteht die Möglichkeit eine Materialversicherung über € 45 pro Woche (inkludiert 1 Schaden) abzuschließen. Tagesversicherungen sind nicht möglich. Bei fahrlässiger Zerstörung oder Verlust des Materials ist KP dazu berechtigt die Versicherung außer Kraft zu setzen und für den entstandenen Schaden am Material muss der Kunde aufkommen.

With my signature, I confirm that I have read and understood the full GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GT&C) of Kitepower El Gouna (KP) which was submitted to me as a supplement, and I and fully accept this contract.

Here is the most important excerpt from the terms and conditions: The KP beach is a private beach. You, therefore, are required to follow the instructions by KP-Team. Any activities on the kite beach are undertaken at your own risk. In the case of a rescue, everyone has to follow the instructions by KP staff. Priority, however, is given to saving people. KP assumes no liability for possible damage to the material. During kite courses you are required to follow the instructions by the kite instructors and the station director. In order to allow for orderly course proceedings on our part and with regard to the other participants, it is mandatory to adhere to the respective course schedule. I herewith declare to have been informed about the dangers, risks and possibilities of getting injured in the course of instructions. KP does not accept any liability for damages to material or persons that might be inflicted on course participants or third parties in the course of instructions. Rental fees do not include material insurance. You may, however, obtain material insurance for € 45 per week (includes 1 damage). Insurance on a daily basis is not available. In case of negligent destruction or loss of material, KP is authorized to withdraw insurance cover. In this case, the customer is required to make up for the damage.

Ja, hiermit erteile ich KP meine unwiderrufliche und kostenlose Erlaubnis, Fotos und Videos mit meinem Bild zu verwenden, ohne dass separate Genehmigungen erforderlich sind. Meine Einwilligung gilt für jede Verwendung, Aufzeichnung, Verarbeitung und Wiedergabe von Fotos mittels aller Art von Medien ausschließlich zu Zwecken, die den Aktivitäten von KP entsprechen.

Yes, I hereby give KP my irrevocable and free of charge permission to use photos and videos bearing my image without the necessity to request separate approvals. My consent applies to any use, recording, processing, and reproduction of photos made by the means of any medium solely for purposes in conformity with KP activities

REGULATIONS RENTAL KITEPOWER ELGOUNA:

  1. Kitesurfer renting the equipment is recommended to buy equipment Insurance in the price list.
  2. Kitesurfer renting the equipment is responsible for its rightful usage and return back to the kite station.
  3. Insurance covers the breakage of the equipment to the amount of 150 euro. Breakage or loss of equipment exceeding 150 euro must be covered by a kitesurfer renting the equipment.
  4. Equipment such as board, harness, bar must be washed in the shower after use and returned to the equipment assistant.
  5. Leaving the kite on the beach longer than 20 minutes is strictly forbidden. The kite will be brought back to the station by the beach boys if left unattended!
  6. Rental and return of the kite can only be agreed in the kite centre and must be signed by the renter.
  7. Rental of the kitesurfing equipment is intended for one person only!

REGULATIONS FOR KITEPOWER ELGOUNA STUDENTS:

  1. Student is obliged to come 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson time
  2. The beginning hour of the course is determined by the instructor
  3. Lessons are 2 students / 1 instructor, if not the lesson will be reduced accordingly 1 student / 1instructor with INDIVIDUAL PRICE or  (40min = 1h)
  4. There will be no money refund in case of no show, unless notified at least 2 hours before lessons starts.
  5. Kite lessons are moved to the next day only in case of not ideal wind conditions, these conditions are determined by the instructor only.
  6. Drinking alcohol, drugs and other narcotics before the lessons is strictly forbidden (insurance does not cover accidents under influence of alcohol, drugs and any other narcotics)
